Go to SALES (Menu) > Sample Issuance (Side menu)
Search for a customer by clicking the magnifying glass next to Customer input field and search by Customer Name. You may enter any value to filter the search or just leave it blank to search all. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.
After clicking the search button, all results are displayed below the Customer ID search criteria
Select from search results. The customer search page will be automatically closed and the Customer is loaded in Sample Issuance page. Also notice that some information (e.g. Contact Person, Shipping/Delivery Address, Currency and Exchange Rate) from the customer will be inherited into the sample issuance.
User must enter any relevant Project Name value
User may also enter any relevant Project Site value.
Search for a salesperson by clicking the magnifying glass next to Salesperson input field and search by Employee ID (or you may also use other search criteria). You may enter any value to filter the search or just leave it blank to search all. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.
After clicking the search button, all results are displayed below the Last Name search criteria
Select from search results. The Employee search page will be automatically closed and Salesperson is displayed into the sample issuance.
Select Mode of Shipment value on how the product will be transported. User should only select from the provided list.
User must enter Due Date value
Scroll down to item table grid and click on the magnifying glass next to Product input field and search by Product Description.
You may enter any value to filter the search or just leave it blank to search all. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process. Select a record from the search results.
Once record is selected the Sales Product search page will be automatically closed, and the selected record is displayed in the Product input field.
User must enter a Quantity value
Click on the magnifying glass next to UOM input field. If the product has only one sales uom, this is automatically filled in by clicking the magnifying glass or by pressing the “enter” key in the field.
Select Price Level from the list. If Custom Price is selected, unit price is modifiable, otherwise field is grayed and non-editable.
User may provide other optional field values then click on Save to create new transaction in draft status.
